...KEY STAKE HOLDERS...

1. THE USER OF THE POWERPOINT-This person will be using the PowerPoint he is Mr Kennan.He will be a key stakeholder because he will tell me what he wants and will influence all the things i put into the PowerPoint.
2. ME-I will be a key stake holder because i will be the one who puts all the information together that the client wants and will be designing the whole project.
3. NCEA-NCEA will be a key stake holder because it will influence what i do to my project.It will be the outline that i will follow so that i can make a good project and also pass the achievement standard.
4. HOD-This person will be a key stake holder because they will use it in the future and they will want it to be done well if they are to use it at all.
5. PARENTS-These people will be key stake holders because they will want it to be appropriate for their kids to be watching i.e no swearing or nudity.

...KEY FACTORS...

1. TIME-This will be a key factor because it will restrict me to what i can do with my project e.g if i can spend time doing the little things that will make it all the better
2. Quality-will be a key factor because i will have to make this project a very good quality for the client so that he will want to use it and will want to use it in the future
3. LAW-This will be a key factor because i have to be care full not to use pictures from other people.
4. SIZE-This is a key factor because if i was to put to many things in the PowerPoint such as flash animations the PowerPoint could take a long time to load when being used.
5. Consumers - Consumers would be a big key factor because the information that is put into the PowerPoint will need to be easy to read,understand and follow for the age group that this PowerPoint will presented too.
6. Using equipment-This would be a key factor becuase if you use the software at it full potential e.g. knowing how to use the software properly. then you should be able to get out better results.
7. colours and images-These to factors would be key to this project because using the right coulors and images the powerpoint better.
8. software- This will be a key factor because in order to do this persentation i have to have the rigth software e.g. powerpoint
9. Skill level- My skill will also be a key factor because the web site will be as good as my ability.
10. Focus- Putting more focus on the information of the topic rather than the design part of it so that i can pass NCEA and also have the right infomation for the presntation.

step 1- scan picture image of what you want on your logo. make sure all the lines are very dark so it will cut out the image easy later on.
step2-open this image in adobe Illustator
step3-click the live trace tool at the top of the screen.this will trace the out lines of your image that you wish cut out.
step4-now that you have traced your images click live paint which is also located at the top of the screen. this traces around the out line of all the images.
step 5-use the direct selection tool to select each image separately.
step6-once an image is selected copy and paste that image into a new illustrator document.
